FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ORLANDO, Florida (July 15, 2024) – Christian Tech Center Ministries, a non-profit organization which serves people in need with free tech services and computer equipment, has been awarded a $10,000 unrestricted funding grant from the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation in recognition of how their programs are actively making a difference in the lives of our local youth.

“We are thrilled to award a $10,000 micro-grant to Christian Tech Center Ministries,” said Laura Cutchens, executive director of the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. “Their dedication to providing tech education and resources aligns perfectly with our mission to support and empower our community. We believe this grant will help them continue their impactful work and make a significant difference in the lives of many.”

“From helping students of all ages in need of equipment for their education, to supporting STEM learning programs in underprivileged communities, building up the next generation has been an essential component of our mission from the very beginning,” said Andre Klass, founder and executive director of Christian Tech Center Ministries. “We are excited that the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation has placed such a high regard to our efforts with this major contribution to boost our programs.”

Since launching in 2022, Christian Tech Center Ministries has already given away over 1,300 free computers to underprivileged families and other nonprofit organizations, and performed a large amount of complimentary repair services and technology workshops. The organization is currently preparing for several more significant projects including upcoming back-to-school distributions for the 2024-2025 school year.
